Repol PP
Polypropylene — Reliance Industries' comprehensive range of homopolymer, random copolymer, and impact copolymer grades manufactured using Spheripol, Adipol, and Unipol technologies. Exported to 30+ countries.
Three Polymer Families. Infinite Applications.
Manufactured using advanced Spheripol and Unipol technologies from Basell and Dow Chemicals, Repol PP grades cover the full spectrum of polypropylene applications.
Homopolymer
Wide range of melt flows designed for injection and blow moulding, IPP and BOPP films, woven sacks, FIBC, and fibres. Excellent stiffness and strength.
Random Copolymer
Engineered for clear containers, pipes and fittings, and ISBM bottles. Improved transparency and impact resistance compared to homopolymer grades.
Impact Copolymer
Specially formulated for automotive parts, appliances, furniture, paint pails, caps and closures, luggage, crates, and compounding applications.
Chemical Resistance
Good resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Suitable for chemical storage tanks, pipes, and laboratory equipment.
Heat Resistance
High melting point ranging from 130°C to 171°C depending on grade. Suitable for applications requiring sustained heat resistance and dimensional stability.
Cost Effective
Cost-effective compared to other engineering thermoplastics. Low density (0.90 g/cm³) means more parts per kilogram, reducing per-unit material costs.
What You Can Make with Repol PP
Non-Woven Fabrics
Powering large-scale hygiene and medical applications with consistent processability and strength. Used in spunbond and meltblown fabrics for diapers, sanitary products, masks, and healthcare textiles.
Woven Fabrics & BOPP Laminated Bags
Built for strength and printability in bulk packaging solutions. Ideal for woven sacks, BOPP laminated cement bags, FIBC bags, and food grain packaging.
Household & Consumer Products
Delivering durability, finish, and design flexibility for everyday products. Commonly used in paint pails, plastic chairs, crates, storage containers, and rigid packaging.
Automotive & Appliances
Designed for performance, impact resistance, and lightweight engineering. Used in automotive components, interior trims, appliance housings, and structural parts.
